This video is an example of a workout that may be prescribed to an advanced level baseball player.  The exercises that are shown in this video include: Skater Jumps and Side to Side Push Off Box Jumps (reactive training), Overhead Rotational Med Ball Slams and Split Stance Med Ball Scoop Toss (Power), Front Squat, Weighted Chin Ups, Pull Throughs and Neutral Grip Incline Alternating DB Press (strength).
