This video shows some of the most prescribed exercises in our athlete’s programs. These exercises are some of the staples for most of our athletes. These exercises include: 1-Leg Box Jumps, Box Jumps, and Broad Jumps (Reactive Training), “Bryce Harpers” (Power), Bench Press, Trap Bar Deadlift, Chest Support Row, Ab Rollout, and a Reverse Lunge into a 1-Leg RDL (strength).
